Ordering

Please use the ‘buy now’ buttons and the shopping cart provided by Paypal to order through the website. If you require a quantity of an item that is not listed please contact us and we will give you a cost for delivery. If you would like to pick up worms from the farm please contact us – you can still pay for your order using Paypal but we will need to generate an invoice for you that must be paid prior to collection.

Delivery

Delivery costs are clearly stated alongside each item and the cost will automatically be added to your total bill at the checkout.

We will email confirmation of your order using the email address provided by Paypal, so do please check your email account.

We aim to despatch Orders sent by 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail the next working day after payment is received. Orders sent using a courier service will be despatched within 4 working days. Orders are not sent on Fridays or Saturdays.

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order at anytime in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days.

If the item has already been delivered to you, you may still return it by letting us know in writing. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. Once the item has been received and inspected by us we will refund your original payment.

Live worm returns are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and we are therefore unable to accept returns for worms. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damages or Missing Items

Missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Damaged goods must be made available to be collected by us. If we ask you to return an item we will refund the cost to you. We will refund or replace missing or damaged goods.
